We ship across the contiguous U.S. Orders are packed chilled with insulated liners and ice packs to arrive cold. Flat-rate shipping applies at checkout, and orders over $50 ship free.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship early in the week to avoid weekend transit. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
Because our products are perishable, we can't accept returns. If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, email hello@veganmutz.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
